Lauren Ash

 Lauren Elizabeth Ash was born on February 4, 1983, in Belleville, Ontario. Ash is most well-known to television audiences for her role as Dina Fox in the sitcom Superstore. Ash is also a grad at Second City Toronto Mainstage as in addition to Second City Chicago mainstage. Additionally, she is one half the sketch comedy duo "Cory!" She is a two-time Canadian Comedy Award winner for Best Female Improviser in 2007 and 2006, and she also won the award for Best Performance by a Female Television Actress for Almost Heroes in 2012 and in 2015 she was awarded Best Female Performance in the Feature Film for her performance as Carol in the movie Dirty Singles. She was also a part of the comedy prank show "Scare Techniques". Lauren, along with Christy Oxborrow, co-hosts "True Crime and Cocktails" her podcast.

After a long and successful career as a University of Texas El Paso collegiate golfer, she turned pro in the year 2007.
